Touch is intelligent email for Sales. We’re a team of former Google, HackerRank and Zapier employees. Our diverse team has skills in Go To Market, Data, Engineering and Design. We are looking for someone to build our User Research muscle.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated User Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a User Researcher at Touch, you will play a critical role in understanding the needs, behaviors, and experiences of our users to inform the innovation and design of our intelligent email solutions for sales professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and field observations.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research questions and develop a comprehensive understanding of our user base.

  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Create personas, journey maps, and user flow diagrams to help the team understand user needs.

  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops.

  • Contribute to the development of a user-centered culture within the company.

  • Stay abreast of sales industry trends and incorporate best practices in research methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in user research, preferably in a technology or sales environment.

  • Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn research data into product insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing tools and sales software.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.

  • Familiarity with remote research tools and methodologies.
